Reuse if in good condition:

  • Donate to charitable organizations.

If in poor condition, remove battery and place in the garbage.

Remember that the battery is Household Hazardous Waste (HHW).

  • Take to a County Selected HHW Depot
  • Take to a County HHW Event Day
  • Find out if local retailers will take back for recycling
