Waste electronic and electrical equipment (for a list see below) contain both hazardous and valuable materials that can be recovered by proper recycling.

Electronics are accepted for recycling at Peterborough City/County Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Depot at 400 Pido Road off Neal Drive in the city of Peterborough.
